DoubleBroswer is a branded fork of AliasMode. The original Apache 2.0 license, NOTICE and attribution are retained in the source package. Third-party browser engines, WebLLM and AI models retain their respective names, licenses and terms.

The WebLLM add-on keeps conversations, model settings and cached model files in the selected Chromium profile. Inference runs on the device. Downloading browser engines and models contacts their hosts. The assistant does not automatically read the current webpage.
The public website does not request a visitor account for downloads and includes no advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting provider processes normal connection and request information to deliver the website and files. Google Fonts is used for typography. Site management is restricted to the owner through ChatGPT sign-in.
The Windows installer is unsigned. Installation, launch and actual GPU inference still require validation on compatible Windows hardware. Automatic application updates are disabled until a release channel and signing key are configured.
